    How are referred users counted?

    A user is assigned to you if they followed your referral link and issued their first card within the specified period. If they followed several referral links before issuing the card, the last one is taken into account.

    What is the promo code for?

    The promo code gives the user a discount but does not affect their assignment to a partner. For the user to be counted as your referral, they must follow your referral link.

    When is the reward credited to the balance?

    First, the reward is placed on hold — this is a waiting period when the amount has already been credited but is not yet available for withdrawal. After the hold period ends and the user's activation is confirmed, the amount is credited to the partner balance.

    What happens if the user does not meet the activation requirements?

    If the user does not reach the required spending threshold within the specified period or their activation is not confirmed, the related rewards will be canceled.

    How long is rev-share paid?

    Rev-share is paid throughout the referral period starting from the date the user issues their first card. The duration of this period is specified in the terms of your plan.

    Can I invite a user who is already registered?

    Yes, if they have never issued a Mirocard before. They need to follow your referral link and issue their first card within the specified period after following the link.

    How can I withdraw my earnings?

    You can transfer the funds to your Mirocard master balance without a fee or withdraw them to an external crypto wallet. Withdrawals to a crypto wallet are subject to a minimum amount that depends on the selected currency, network, and terms of the partner program. There is no minimum amount for transfers to the master balance.
